Dry White Blend

This dry white wine blends the heirloom Greek variety, Malagouzia (Mah lah gou zya`), with the well known Chardonnay. The result is a bright, gold-yellow color, with a rich body, fruity aroma and a long finish. Tropical fruits, mainly mango but also kiwi, are rounded out by a hint of butter toffee. The characteristic mild acidity of Malagouzia, is complimented by a long finish.
Pairs exceptionally well with sea foods, white meats and poultry, and yellow cheeses.
Best served at a temperature of 57 – 60o F.

Elevation 500 meters, hot summers, chilly winters.
